Terms of Service

Once you have received a notification text stating that your appointment is requested, your timeslot is securely reserved. You can confidently plan around this reservation. If any concerns arise, Jody will personally reach out to you via text.

Cancellation, Confirmation, and No Show Policy

 

New and returning guests are required to enter a valid credit card with adequate funds to hold an appointment. There is no deposit, however there will be a 100% charge of the service price for no shows and same day cancellations. There will be a 50% charge of the service price for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment.

If a card is invalid or has inadequate funds, guests will be required to pay the fee in full before scheduling another appointment.

Appointments need to be confirmed within 48 hours of your appointment. A courtesy text will be sent, but if there is no response, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a fee.

How to Prep For Your Visit 

 

Prepare for your curly hair appointment with confidence!  Follow these steps to ensure your experience is as fabulous as your curls! 

Returning Guests

Please wash and style your hair with or without product within two days of your appointment. 

Do not pull your hair back in any way, in order to avoid stretching

Hair needs to be fully detangled without any knots.

New Guests

Text a picture of your hair to 214-814-0355

Do not book an appointment if you are in a time crunch or while on a business call.

Bring inspiration photos.

Please have realistic expectations and trust in the process, while understanding it may take several visits to reach your goals

If your hair tangles excessively when wet, please contact Jody so that timing can be adjusted

If you plan to start using Innersense Organic Beauty, clarifying beforehand is highly recommended to ensure a smooth transition to clean beauty. Most products marketed as curly friendly build up heavily (i.e. Curl Smith, LUS). You can pick up a complimentary detox kit within two weeks of your appointment.

Familiarize yourself with the confirmation, cancellation and no show policy.

If you are scheduling an appointment for a child aged 16 and under, it’s essential for the accompanying adult to be present and ready to learn with the child. This ensures both the child and adult grasp the application process and understand the reasons behind maintaining healthy curls. Support is beneficial and typically extends into their preteen and early teen years.

It is important for each guest to thoroughly review all forms, ensuring a clear understanding of appointment preparation, as well as familiarizing themselves with the confirmation, cancellation and no show policy. Properly prepped hair is vital; failure to do so may lead to rescheduling and an associated fee.
