Jody is a curl specialist expert nerd! She is passionate about curls and I’m amazed with both amount of education she’s pursued on it as well as the variety. She does not stick to just one brand/style.

I learned enough that it did not feel like the extra long intro appt was a waste, at all. She is as passionate about teaching as she is about curls. She sends you home with a handout summarizing the info you went over, has a curl fb group to ask questions, and not does curl styling workshops as well.

I also really enjoy the brand she carries, innersense , and was not previously familiar with it. The simplicity yet effectiveness is impressive!

Jody is truly a curl EXPERT, a passionate attentive teacher, and incredibly gracious with sharing her knowledge even outside of appointments. — There is just so much to learn and she recognizes that you just can’t fully learn learn it in the time frame of appointments.
